Grades: Middle School & High School Players (6-12)

Dates:  1/6, 1/13, 1/20, 1/27, 2/3, 2/10, 2/17, 2/24

Time: 4:00pm--5:00pm on Mondays

8 Sessions: $100/Player

Open Baseball Workouts will be run by Coach Ryan Spillane for any Middle School and High School Player who wants to get better! Workouts will be structured and players will be grouped by age and ability. The Full Turf Package will be provided, so we will have access to everything for a full hour! Workouts will include hitting, throwing, and fielding drills with the use of Hudl Technique. It's highly unlikely that you will find a better deal for indoor training this Winter, so sign up now for all 8 sessions at a discounted rate to lock in your spot!
