The Middletown Eagles Travel Baseball program provides players with an opportunity to be coached by the best coaches and players in the area to develop a large part of the foundation for the good of baseball in Middletown!
 
Proof is in the pudding! Midd North won the Overall State Championship in 2022 with Coach McCabe being the biggest branch in Coach Spillane's Coaching Tree! In 2021 South won it all under another one of Coach Spillane's branches! 21 of 24 players on the 2023 State Championship team were coach by Coach Spillane and give back to the program by staying involved in the process!
 
In addition to the 2021 South State Chapionship team, Midd South won the Monmouth County Championship in 2022 with 4 former Middletown Eagles in the starting line-up! Three of them being Ben Schild, Matt Pontari, and Luigi Massagli all actively coach for the Eagles!

Unlike many travel programs our goal is not to win at all costs. Arm health and player safety is paramount! Additionally, character development is our highest priority, as we stive to help our players to reach their full potential on and off the field! We will aim to achieve this through hard work, commitment, maintaining positive attitudes, and being great teammates at all times! ​
 
​Our program started in the Spring of 2016. Since then, the Middletown Eagles have played over 150 seasons between all teams, which doesn't include our tourney teams! Additionally, there are over 100 former Middletown Eagles' players who are current and former played high school baseball players with many going on to play in college and beyond!
